Logo Design Information/Order Form

To help us better understand your design and style preferences, we have created the form below. In general, there are three categories (or styles) of logos.

1. The Illustrative Logo: This style usually contains a combination of an illustration or photo and stylized type. The Cracker Barrel logo is a good example.
2. The Graphic Logo: This is a very popular style that usually uses a combination of a graphic along with stylized type. Pepsi, Hilton Hotels, Holiday Inn and McDonalds are good examples.
3. Stylized Type Logo: This style is very simple, yet powerful when applied correctly. No illustrations or graphics, just stylized type that represents your company’s image. Coca Cola, VISA, Google and FedEx are all good examples.

With this information, you might be better able to answer the following preliminary questionnaire. The form below does not obligate you to order a logo now, it’s simply a way for us to begin the communication process. Of course, we will have several personal conversations in the design process if you choose to proceed, and this will help us to more quickly identify the direction you would like for us to take.
